Thumper
Required supplies: 2-3 people from each team and beer.
· Each person chooses a hand gesture that they would like to have represent him/her during the game. Can be simple, polite, or sexually enticing, but it must be SHORT.
· Everyone sits in a circle, everyone starts the game by "drumming" their hands on the table or floor or whatever the playing surface may be. During the drumming, someone says "WHAT'S THE NAME OF THE GAME?" everyone responds with "THUMPER!!!" then the leader says "IS EVERYBODY READY?" responded with "READY!!" or “
· At this point the leader performs his/her own hand gesture, immediately followed by the gesture of any other player. This player then performs his/her own gesture followed by another players, etc.. and so on.
· When a cue is missed or when someone responds too slowly, the "violator" must drink. This person then is the leader for the next round.
· Every time a player messes up they receive a red card.
· The team with the lowest number of red cards after 8 rounds wins.
· POINTING: You must drink every time you point a finger at anyone.
You Blink You Drink
Requirements: 1 player from each team, beer
· 2 contestants sit across from each other and stare
· First one to give into the urge to blink – drinks!!
· Best of 3 wins.
· Will be done mini-tourney style – 1 player from each team will participate. Names will be drawn out of a hat to determine who goes against who.
· Winners of each match will duel in a “stare-down”
· Losers of the first matches will go against each other in order to determine 3rd and 4th place for the event
o 1st place – 4 points
o 2nd place – 3 points
o 3rd place – 2 points
o 4th place – 1 point
Pin the Tail on the Donkey
Requirements: whole team, beer, Pin the Tail on the Donkey
· Player chugs ½ of a cup of beer, places blindfold on, spins around 5 times
· Player is faced in direction of donkey and tries to get tail as close to the correct position as possible
· Player with the closest tail receives 4 points for their team
o Other points are distributed as:
§ 2nd closest – 3 points
§ 3rd closest – 2 points
§ 4th closest – 1 point
Flip Cup
Players needed: entire team (4 players), beer
· Each team lines up on opposite sides of the table; each player has a cup
· Fill each cup to designated line with beer
· Lead off players start off game by “Cheers”-ing (hit cups, hit table, consume)
· Upon completion, player positions their cup at the edge of the table and proceeds to “flip” their cup so that it lands straight down. The non-flipping hand may not touch the cup in any form – especially to stabilize the cup. If a player is in violation they must re-flip.
· Once the previous player succeeds in “flipping” the next player repeats the process, and so on, until the last player has succeeded in “flipping” his/her cup.
· Each team will compete in 2 heats.
· Team with the fastest average posted time wins 4 points…2nd (3 points), 3rd (2 points) and 4th place (1 point)
Beer Pong (
Required: Teams of 2, 6 cups, 2 water cups, 2 ping pong balls
· Form 6 cups in a pyramid and fill to designated line with beer
· Flip coin to determine which team gets the first toss
· Objective is to get the ball in the opposing team’s cups making them drink and to eliminate all of their cups.
· If both balls are made into the same cup, regardless of how many cups are left, it’s GAME
· If during a single turn, both shooters sink a ball in different cups, then their team shall be awarded another turn. A team may continue to shoot indefinitely so long as neither shooter misses a shot. If during a single turn, the shooters sink both balls in the opposing team's final two or fewer cups, then the opposing team's turn to attempt redemption shall be cancelled.
· If the shooting team makes the ball into the receiving team’s final cup, each player on the receiving team gets a rebuttal (redemption) shot.
o Should a player be successful with the rebuttal shot, the final cup remains and play continues.
o Should the player miss, the final cup will be removed and it is game over.
o Should each player make the balls into the same cup during a rebuttal, the redeeming team is named the winner.
· If a cup falls off the table or gets knocked over, the player who tossed the ball drinks and the cup counts as an eliminated cup.
· Distractions are allowed when on defense but the distracting player may not make any contact with the table or the cups.
· Defensive moves (catching, hitting, etc.) are allowed ONCE the ball has made initial contact with the field of play (hitting a cup, the table, a player, etc)
· Should a player choose to bounce the ball rather then shoot, the defending player may swat the ball or grab it prior to reaching the cups.
· NO Blow outs – during a shot, if the ball is spinning around the rim of the cup, it is not yet deemed sunk and may not be defended. Pray that luck is on your side and the ball decides to spin out not in.
· Each team is allowed 1 rearrangement per game.
o 6 – triangle; 4 – diamond; 3 – triangle (2-1)
· Substitutions will not be allowed. Should a player be unable to finish the game, their team must forfeit the game and opposing team will be declared the winner by default.
· Winning team will receive 2 points. Losing team will receive a nice pat on the back.
Hockey
Requirement: 2 players per team, cards, beer, beer, and more beer
· Sit across from partner
· “Dealer” deals out all cards
· Player who has the 3 of Clubs starts
· Rotation of play goes clockwise
· Objective is to match the card played before you
· Should you be unable to match the card, you drink
· If the player before you drinks, you get to play any card of your choice
· If all four cards get laid down – it’s a social.
o The player who laid down the first card gets to play the next card
· First team/player to get rid of all cards wins.
· The pair who wins the best of 3 games wins 2 points for their team.
Caps
Requirement: Beer,
· Opposing teams sit across from each other; each individual player will play against a single opponent
· Place cup in front of you
· Players go back and forth taking turns in trying to get the cap into the cup
· When the shooter makes a cap into your cup, you drink and vice versa.
